CQC Report reflects effort invested in care
In autumn 2017 CQC carried out an inspection to verify standards of delivery of care by Lifetime Home Care. We were delighted to report our efforts to deliver high standards of care have been recognised within the report, yet again. The CQC inspector interviewed our care manager at great lengths and took the opportunity to meet and interview other members of the care and office staff to verify a consistency of approach to the delivery of high standards of care. To support the final report, customers were interviewed by a CQC "Expert By Experience" who also found the service to be of a high standard.
Here is an extract from the CQC inspection:
"The service was well led. People who used the service, their relatives and staff, spoke highly of the management team. We saw systems were in place to ensure people received a good quality service. People had the opportunity to comment about the service".
